For any successful business 5Ms are very important. Those are Men, Machine, Material, Method and Money.

* 1 M : Men (Human resource)  : Without people you can't run a big business. But having  capacity, knowledge and efficient people are needed for a successful  business to face the current competitive world.

* 2 M : Machine : (or service): High capacity machine and high quality service are the main factor to lead good business.

* 3 M : Material ( Finishing) : What ever you are producing or what ever the service you are providing  to people should be attractive and fulfill their needs / application.

* 4 M : Technology (technique) : Day by day people's mentality is changing and  they expect new things. So we have to update in production / service by introducing new technology. For this, need most talented people.

* 5 M : Money : Without money you can't start the business even though you are ready to work hard. Even you are getting money, it is very difficult to manage money. Because money handling requires some sharp and clever mind.

எந்த வெற்றிகரமான வணிக 5Ms மிகவும் முக்கியம் . அந்த ஆண்கள் , இயந்திர பொருட்கள் , முறை மற்றும் பணத்தை இருக்கின்றன .

* 1 M : மனித வளம் : மக்கள் இல்லாமல் நீங்கள் வணிகம் செய்ய முடியாது. ஆனால் தற்போதைய  போட்டி நிறைந்த உலகில் வெற்றியை எதிர்கொள்ள திறன் , அறிவு மற்றும் திறமையான மக்கள்   தேவையாக இருக்கின்றது.

* 2 M: மெஷின் : ( சேவை ) : அதிக திறனுள்ள இயந்திரம் மற்றும் உயர்ந்த  தரமான சேவை ஆகியவைகள் நல்ல வணிகம் மற்றும் வெற்றிப் பாதைக்கு வழிவகுக்கும் முக்கிய காரணியாக  இருக்கின்றன .

* 4 M: தொழில்நுட்பம்  ( தொழில் நுணுக்கம் ) : நாளுக்கு நாள் மக்கள் மனநிலை மாறிக் கொண்டு   வருகிறது. அவர்கள் புதிய விஷயங்களை எதிர்பார்க்கிறார்கள். எனவே நாம் புதிய தொழில் நுட்பங்களை உற்பத்தி / சேவைகளில் அறிமுகப்படுத்தி  வியாபாரத்தை மேம்படுத்த வேண்டும் . ஆனால் இதற்கு திறமையான மக்கள் தேவைபடுகிறார்கள்.
